“Lesley and Jonathon Seed offer a high quality Bed and Breakfast service and well appointed self-catering accommodation in rural Wiltshire. This also includes the beautiful Chittoe Heath Plantation woodland, which is available for guest’s private enjoyment within the property.” Private enjoyment? Anyone who knows anything about Wiltshire and illegal fox hunting will recognise the name Jonathon Seed. He is the pro-hunt ex-Tory Councillor and former candidate to become Wiltshire Police and Crime Commissioner who is also a long-term supporter of the Royal Artillery Hunt (RAH, banned from MoD land after numerous ‘trail hunting licence’ breaches) and the disgraced Avon Vale Hunt. The RAH had their first autumn 2025 “hound exercise” event on 23 August, and held it on Chittoe Heath. The hunt met at Wayside of Wiltshire, just metres away from the Heath – where they were photographed by the Salisbury Plain Hunt Sabs (who did so much to get them booted off Salisbury Plain)…
