Not to be confused with the Leeds-based Cotton Group, John M Cotton Shirts (according to Mr Cotton’s LinkedIn profile) is all about the “Manufacture and supply 100% Cotton Shirts for Shooting and the British Countryside”. Which translates as not – you know – just walking around enjoying wildlife, but getting out there and shooting it down. While his shirts are still available to buy at several online ‘country sports’ stores (old stock not sellling well?), the link given to the business doesn’t actually go anywhere, there is nothing on Companies House, and very little online in terms of an address. In fact, we would not have noticed Mr Cotton at all except for the fact that he is a regular hunt-supporting troll on the Three Counties Hunt Sabs page, as the attached image shows…
