W Bartlett Fencing Ltd is (was?) based on Exmoor and run by Wayne Bartlett, a veteran terrierman with numerous hunts including the Lamerton, South Tetcott, and probably others. The League Against Cruel Sports took out a private prosecution against him in Oct 2014, Devon County Hunt Sabs noted him “brandishing a spade” (which he had “because there’s sheep in the field”) in 2022, and Devon County Hunt Sabs again recorded Bartlett at a Torrington Farmers Hunt meet in January 2025. According to Companies House records his business was dissolved in May 2026. His almost dormant Facebook (which is scattered throughout with hunting imagery) is rarely updated – perhaps he’s spending too much time tormenting local wildlife rather than working or perhaps word has spread and the ‘clients’ have dried up…?
