“Offering a warm welcome and timeless charm, the Thurlestone Hotel holds a unique appeal among Devon hotels…” Okay, but from our POV it’s hard to see why the word ‘unique’ is being used at all as the Thurlestone appears to us to be just another venue for hunt meets in a county overrun with venues willing to cater to hunts. This time it was the January 2024 Hunt Ball of the Dartmoor Hunt who were ‘back at The Thurlestone’ again…
