“At Ruralis, we know that every rural business has different insurance needs and priorities.” Ruralis and Ruralis Insurance Services are trading names of Ruralis Gundry Limited, whose sole Director is Charlie Gundry. For the first part of the 2024 ‘season’, Ruralis Insurance was a prominent advertiser on the meet card for the notoriously violent Blackmore and Sparkford Vale Hunt (BSV), a hunt that breaks the law with monotonous regularity. Gundry’s support is not a one-off – a quick internet search turns up the fact that while working for Yorkshire-based McClarron Insurance he was the contact for McClarron’s sponsorship of the BSV’s 2019 Hunt Ball.
