PAV’s Kitchen (Monmouthshire)

PAV’s Kitchen’s sole Director was originally Pawel Kumik and the Company’s correspondence address given as Southampton – but that incarnation was dissolved in 2019. The current Facebook site with the same name is managed by a Pavinee Taruschio who “brings experience from previous roles” and it is clearly not meant for those of us who don’t eat animals (like so many aimed at so-called ‘foodies’ the site’s Instagram page also features an array of splayed out animals on chopping boards), but our website is not specifically vegan and the Kitchen would probably have stayed off our radar but for a keen-eyed supporter who spotted the unctuous line “Yesterday’s Shoot Lunch for a group of lovely gentlemen” on Facebook where roasted ‘partridge’ (the species was of course not named) was served with mash. Definitions of ‘lovely people’ differ of course, but ours do not include men who blast birds out of the skies over estates where no doubt snaring and trapping of more wildlife would be on the daily menu…
