The Moors Farm website states that it is “Traditional Farm House Accommodation once the principal farm house of Powis Castle. Now privately owned but still Farming sheep, beef and arable. It has of [sic] character, including exposed beams and log-buring [sic] fires and provides spacious accommodation. It is set between the Montgomery Canal and the River Severn. Offas Dyke , [sic] The Severn Way and Glyndwrs Way are close buy [sic]”. Maybe running a spell check over a web page doesn’t matter so much when the people you’re aiming the text at are primarily fixated on killing wildlife anyway – hence why “We spcialise [sic] in group bookings and welcome all sporting clients, company and family gatherings” goes uncorrected as it makes no difference when you’re out blasting pheasants out of the air. And make no mistake, it is most definitely shooters who the owners of Moors Farm are after: “Your hosts from The Moors Farm invite you to experience this traditional shooting family run hospitality for shooting guests visiting the area.”
