Cloy Bank Farm is “Situated at the end of a private driveway set away from neighbours with equestrian facilities within approximately 6.41 acres. The tranquillity, privacy and establishment of the external environment cannot be overstated”. Also a working dairy farm, that ‘privacy’ will be appreciated by hunts – and Cloy Bank Farm does indeed host a hunt: the notorious Wynnstay, a violent pack that regularly features on Protect the Wild. Monitors found the Wynnstay meeting on the Farm in November 2024. The farm is also the listed address for a business called Mowcare Services Ltd which appears to operate from the Waymills Industrial Estate in Whitchurch, a mere twenty-minute drive away.
