Brahan seems to be particularly keen to flatter shooters, using words like ‘talent’ to describe using modern weapons to kill unsuspecting wildlife, and presumably pissing off their birdwatching clients by offering Red Listed Woodcock to their shooting clients, which Brahan says – as they try to escape being killed – are “very elusive to even the best shots.” Which is hardly surprising, is it…Brahan also flogs local pheasants, pigeons, ducks and geese to its visitors. Birdwatchers presumably get what’s left when the shooters have finished…
